LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS
Library welcomes all interested patrons to use library facilities provided maintaining following rules
- Users must bring their library cards (non-transferable) to use the library facilities.
- Users must register their names, arrival and departure time while entering and leaving the library room.
- Carrying and taking food articles are strictly prohibited in the library room.
- Users must maintain silence and discipline inside the library room.
BORROWING RULES
- Users must bring their library cards (non-transferable) while borrowing the books.
- Books should be issued for specified period.

- Issued books must be returned within the specified time. Defaulters will have to pay a fine of Re. 1 per day.
- Any book lost, damaged or defaced must be replaced by the borrower.
- In case of loss of library card, a duplicate card will be issued to the borrower on payment of Rs. 10.00
- Journals, Reference books, costly books and rare books are for reading room use only, not to be borrowed home.
- Books on display shall be issued only after a specified period.
- A book issued may be renewed provided there is no demand placed against it.
- Students must surrender their library cards and obtain clearance certificate before the form-fill-up for B.A./B.Sc./B.Com Part-I/II/III University Examinations.
